Elizabeth Kealey is an associate at Lancaster Chown & Welch LLP, practicing in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. She assists clients with a wide range of complex disputes, providing strategic, results-driven advice and effective advocacy.

Elizabeth completed her undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society. She then pursued her legal education at the University of Sussex in Brighton, United Kingdom, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Upon returning to Canada, Elizabeth successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation examinations to qualify her U.K. law degree for practice in Canada.

Driven by a keen interest in the regulation of corporations, Elizabeth furthered her legal education by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Queen’s University. Her graduate thesis focused on corporate governance and accountability frameworks.

Elizabeth completed her articles at Lancaster Chown & Welch LLP, where she gained experience in litigation matters before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.

    Rand Meshki is an effective and compassionate personal injury lawyer. Rand was called to the bar in 2015 and returned to the Niagara Region in 2016 to serve injured clients and their families while building her litigation skills at Graves & Richard, a prominent boutique personal injury law firm. 

    Rand grew up in Fonthill. She graduated from Western University with an Honours Bachelors of Science Degree specializing in Kinesiology, and completed a Master’s degree in Applied Health Science at Brock University. Rand’s Kinesiology background puts her in the best position to understand her client’s injuries and the recovery process. She excelled in law school, graduating in the top 7% of her class at the University of Windsor.

    Rand is passionate about empowering her clients to overcome some of the most challenging times of their lives. She works exclusively in Personal Injury cases of all types, including:

    • Slip and fall accidents
    • Life insurance claims
    • Long-term disability denials
    • WSIB
    • CPP disability benefits  

    Rand has represented clients in Trials at the Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before Tribunals including the License Appeal Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.

    Due to her love for the water, Rand now calls Port Dalhousie home. A former varsity tennis player, she enjoys spending her time playing tennis. She also enjoys playing beach volleyball, paddle boarding, hiking, and traveling.
